Hey Trendpickw,

I don't usually email you two days in a row like this, but I wanted to share one of the secrets that helps me earn over $50,000 a month as a creator.

Here it is:

The more you publish, the more you earn. Publishing is a numbers game — the more you publish, the more people see your work, and the more sponsorships, course sales, and clients you attract.

The challenge is publishing more without sacrificing content quality (or burning out). And THAT is the real secret...

I've discovered that the key to consistently publishing more (without exhausting yourself) is to break the creation process into batches.

I used to go from Idea → Publish in one sitting: I'd come up with the idea, write it, edit it, and publish it in a single session.

BUT I realized this required switching between THREE different states of mind: ideating, drafting, and editing.

Now, I follow a simple three-stage process:

  • Stage 1: Batch generate ideas.
  • Stage 2: Batch write or record.
  • Stage 3: Batch edit.

Each stage uses a different mental muscle, so by focusing on one stage at a time, I can create more content – more efficiently – by avoiding context-switching.

You can take this three-stage batching idea and go put it into practice on your own.

But I've also designed this INTO the Content Dashboard in CreatorHQ to help me plan, publish, and even repurpose content.

Here's a list of some of my current Essay ideas – sitting and waiting to be drafted:

When I have an idea, I capture it in CreatorHQ. When I'm not sure what to write about, I visit my list of ideas. Many of these will never actually be published, and that's OK!

But once something IS published, the Republishing Calendar reminds me to resurface them 6, 12, 18, or 24 months later — letting me get more mileage out of each post.

Republishing is an underrated tactic for gaining more reach and engagement without constantly creating from scratch.

For example, check out this thread, which was republished using a nearly identical thread posted a few months earlier:

While the original thread got 1.9M views,

I was perfectly okay with settling for 884.3K views the second time around! And almost a year later, I republished another similar thread that also performed well:

As you can see, there are diminishing returns over time — this thread only produced 570.6K views.

But since it takes almost zero effort to republish posts, I plan to keep "playing my hits" (like a band) until they stop working.

Using CreatorHQ's built-in systems, I easily turned one post into three with ease…

Scooping up 1,454,900+ views, 12,047+ engagements, plus thousands of followers, newsletter subs, and potential customers I wouldn't have otherwise reached — just on X alone.

Imagine how much attention, engagement, and growth you could recoup each month by using the same process?

Because of this batching and republishing system, I've been able to consistently produce:

  • 2 emails a week
  • 1-2 podcasts a week
  • 2 videos a month
  • 7 LinkedIn posts a week
  • 7 tweets a week
  • 7 Instagram posts a week

…while still finding time to relax with my wife and our daughter.

And during this Black Friday weekend, for just $197 — and no recurring monthly fees — you can install the exact same system I use to run Creator Science (which has helped me generate over $1 million in revenue) in the next 5 minutes.

You'll be joining over 608 other creators who are already using CreatorHQ to publish more, earn more, and grow their audiences faster, like Lauren Tildan:

And Nate Kadlac:

No matter what stage you're at — even if you've never used Notion before (there are bite-sized instructional videos embedded throughout the product) — you'll find everything you need to start publishing more and earning more right inside CreatorHQ.

This is the lowest price I've ever made CreatorHQ available (34% off), and it's just for Black Friday weekend. Take advantage of it!

Count down to 2024-12-03T05:00:00.000Z

Cheers,
Jay

PS: Even if you only decide to use CreatorHQ for one year

Your investment boils down to just $0.54 per day for instant access to the most important operational tool in my business.

And if CreatorHQ helps you attract even just ONE extra sponsorship or customer this year, it'll pay for itself — perhaps many times over.

PPS: Definitely NOT interested? Opt out of Black Friday emails here.

šŸ§ž‍♂️ Can I make you an offer?
