| As a kid, I was absolutely forbidden from drinking sodas with any amount of caffeine. That meant my beverage options were pretty limited. I wasn’t too bothered, though, because most places had my favorite drink: pink lemonade! The pink lemonade I drank as a kid was probably no different than the regular kind, save for the food dye. But in today’s recipe, the pink color comes from raspberries. Yum! |

| Pink lemonade ice cream |
This spunky summer recipe doesn’t get any simpler. It calls for just 3 ingredients: bananas, lemons, and frozen raspberries, making it vegan. It comes together in just over 5 minutes, then sets in the freezer for an hour or until you’re ready to eat it.
Since it’s packed with fruit, each serving contains an impressive 4 grams of fiber and just 94 calories. Bananas and raspberries share several overlapping benefits, including supporting weight loss and improving blood sugar levels. They’re also both rich in antioxidants, which can help lower your risk for several chronic diseases. |
