No matter the reason, going gluten-free can be a hard hill to climb, especially when it comes to doughy, delicious bread. So, we orchestrated a test to find out which gluten-free breads actually taste good without falling apart. The winner needed to impress on both fronts because nobody wants to eat egg salad on a bed of sawdust. We recruited two people with celiac disease and one regular ol' bread-eating dude.
